Returns Policy

We are no longer selling footwear on, but you may return your previous purchase according to our return policy by following the directions below:

By Mail:

    1. Fill out the form below, print it using the "Click Here To Print Return Form" button, and make sure to include it with your package.
    2. Click the "Print My UPS Label" button, give UPS your information, and print out your label.
    3. Affix the label to the outside of your package and drop off at any UPS store or drop-off location. Click here to find a location near you. A copy of your label will also be automatically emailed to you in case you need to reprint it.

To One Of Our Stores:

    1. Simply bring your packing slip along with your purchase to any one of our locations for an exchange or refund.
    2. Please note that refunds for on-line purchases returned to one of our stores take one business day to process.
    3. Because online and in-store orders are processed using separate systems, please note that any exchange made in-store for an online purchase will be treated as a separate transaction. The returned merchandise will be refunded in full within one business day, and the new merchandise will be billed for in-store.

Please note that all returns must arrive at our processing center within 60 days of delivery and be in new and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging in order to be accepted. Boxed footwear that is returned to us with labels or tape attached directly to the shoe box and are not returned in a separate shipping box will be charged a $20 re-boxing fee. As we cannot guarantee the comfort of our products, please make sure you are happy with your purchase before you wear them outside.

Items purchased through promotions indicated as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Any merchandise received at our processing center that was purchased as a final sale will be charged a $15 freight fee to cover our costs for shipping both ways.

It is VERY IMPORTANT to note that items received at our processing center that are not eligible for return according to the aforementioned conditions will be charged for shipping to our warehouse, and then sent back at the customer's expense or destroyed.
